The owner of Casa Rica Restaurant and Sports Bar on Main Street was arrested last Friday for employing two unlicensed security guards, Riverhead Town Police said.
Carlos Moreno-Bonilla, 30, of Centereach was charged with two counts of employing unlicensed security guards. He was also issued four citations for fire code violations.
The two security guards — Al Kirby, 42, of Coram and Joseph Eaton, 26, of Medford — were charged for working without licenses.
The arrests were the result of a New York State Liquor Authority inspection conducted by Riverhead Town Police.
