Justice Court

There were 358 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court, Sept. 13-15. The following are among those adjudicated.

* Nery Mancilla, 30, of Main Road in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,400.

* Cindy Politi, 28, of Old Medford Avenue in Medford pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,200.

* Peter Bielecky, 43, of Atlantic Avenue in East Moriches pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to three years’ probation.

* Violet Mestousis-Harris, 23, of Maple Avenue in Port Jefferson Station pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree harassment, and was fined $250.

* Melissa Lawrence, 33, of Doctors Path in Riverhead pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny and was sentenced to time already served in jail.
