Riverside man is running all day and night to raise funds for vets

Riverside resident Chris Cuddihy began a 24-hour run around downtown Riverhead at 4 p.m. Wednesday  in hopes of raising money for The Veterans Place, a shelter for homeless veterans in Yaphank. Mr. Cuddihy will run a 3/4 mile loop from the Atlantis Marine World Aquarium back to Peconic Avenue and along the riverfront over and over again until 4 p.m. on Thursday, Veterans Day.
