Comtesse Therese Bistro is the first Long Island winery and restaurant situated in a single location. Owned by Comtesse Therese, which has 20 acres of vineyard planted on Union Avenue in Aquebogue, the restaurant features dishes by Chef Arie Pavlou and wines from their vineyard.
The bistro is in what was once a church rectory, an 1830s building that has been renovated and furnished with antiques. It features a roof deck and is surrounded by manicured lawns, herb gardens and a miniature vineyard.
Diners can enjoy fresh duck, fish, herbs and vegetables, all raised, caught or grown locally, along with Comtesse Therese wines.
