Engagement: Glogg – Corwin

Nancy Taylor of Mattituck has announced the engagement of her daughter, Jasmine Glogg, to Blake Corwin, son of Doug Corwin of Aquebogue and Tami (Goodwin) Corwin of Baiting Hollow. Jasmine, a 2003 graduate of Mattituck High School and a 2007 graduate of SUNY/Oneonta, works at Martha Clara Vineyards in Riverhead. Blake, a 2001 graduate of Riverhead High School and a 2004 graduate of SUNY/Cobleskill, works at his family business, Crescent Duck Farm, in Aquebogue. A June 2011 wedding is planned.

  • sounds like a Great idea having a gas station at the end of the creek. The town should buy that property and turn it into a waterfront park. It would be great for boats coming from the Hamptons. More tax revenue less cars.

  • Maybe it would be best to allow Surfside 3 to take over the Hess Station? Help a local business for a change… A perfect example is The New Chase Bank does not fit into the neighborhood in terms of its styling and materials used. It look so out of place there. In order for the North Fork Towns to keep their image there needs to be a standard created with a master plan for each town… I hold our Trustees responsible. But they are too busy looking the other way while their hands get crossed with silver. The only are that has maintianed a standard is Love Lane and guess what they are the ones who are making the money…

  • Thank Heaven for craft Beer, we all enjoyed Great South bay’s massive last night at DEKS and then went to The Gray Horse and HAd a Toasted Oatmeal from Bluepoint and a nice Belgian from Greenpoint. Yeah !
