  • Parking violations? Come on, what is going on with the world we live in, the Town of Brookhaven wants to PROSECUTE people with major fines for parking violations? By judges with long time bench experience? I think this town, with its MAXIMUM “sentencing” graffiti fine ordinances’, as well, is not becoming a “user friendly” Town at all. People are going to warn other people to stay out of Brookhaven, they’ll throw you in jail if you J-walk, and throw away the key! YET TOB allows local pubs to drink alcohol on the sidewalks of Town, in front of kids and shoppers and blare music on loud speakers from 8am to 11pm, April to September, with-in 200 feet of residents homes! VIA special permit. Who’s who on the payola?
