East End Plastic Surgery & Laser Center specializes in plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery, and offers many additional aesthetic services. Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Judy Emanuele provides a comprehensive range of services to clients of all ages, along with staff members Tara Pedone, a licensed esthetician and certified laser technician, and Charlene Bloss, a licensed esthetician. While the clientele is mostly female, many men also seek to rejuvenate their appearance or resolve medical issues.
Surgical services include abdominoplasty (tummy tuck); blepharoplasty, which improves the appearance of upper and/or lower eyelids and gives a rejuvenated appearance to the surrounding eye area; breast augmentation and reduction; liposuction; reconstruction following extreme weight loss and more.
Laser services include microlaser peel, an innovation in skin resurfacing; photorejuvenation, which uses intense pulsed light to treat some skin conditions and soften wrinkles; SkinTyte™, a new noninvasive laser skin tightening procedure; laser treatment of veins and redness; and laser hair removal.
Facial services include HydraFacial treatments, which combine cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection, resulting in clearer skin with no discomfort or downtime; microdermabrasion, a skin-freshening technique that helps repair aging and sun-damaged areas; Botox; and dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Radiesse, ArteFill and Sculptra.
According to office manager Alison Manuel, the injectable fillers are very popular with women from their 40s to their 60s. Cost varies with the area covered and amount of product required.

“Our goal is to help the individual achieve her or his goal,” said Ms. Manuel. Often, a person will come in with a particular procedure in mind, and will benefit instead from an entirely different esthetic approach to produce the desired result. “We want everyone to feel comfortable and confident with their decision to have a particular cosmetic treatment,” she said.
Makeup services and application lessons are offered as well, and cosmetic clients receive free consultations.
