1) When did you get the car?
Ms. Young said, “It was a Mother’s Day present from my husband Bruce three years ago. He brought me to his Dad’s shop where he had it. I was pretty surprised. I thought I was never going to get my Mustang!”

2) What shape was it in?
“The paint was about as original as you can get- silver blue poly. Bruce found it in a junk yard in Flanders. It was originally from Alabama,” she said.

3) What was the biggest challenge in restoring it and did you do the work yourself?

“I haven’t done anything except replace the brakes and the fuel tank. Did all the work myself,” said Ms. Young’s husband Bruce.

4) What’s your favorite thing/feature on the car?
“I don’t know. Everything I guess because it is a Mustang. I only drive it to car shows,” Ms. Young said.

5) What was the first car you owned, make and model?
“When I was 17 I owned a 1989 gray Buick Regal. I got it in 1993 and had it until 2000,” Ms. Young said.
