Riverhead Town court report

There were 286 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court, June 13–15. The following are among those adjudicated.

• Joshua Georges, 29, of Second Street in Jamesport pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from third-degree criminal mischief, and was fined $505.

• Anthony Callaway, 34, of Doctors Path in Riverhead pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from second-degree criminal contempt, and was fined $410 and sentenced to time already served in jail.

• Elizabeth Barberis, 39, of Old Quogue Road in Riverside pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was fined $205 and sentenced to time already served in jail.

• Kevin Unverzagt, 36, of Fireside Lane in East Setauket pleaded guilty to illegally killing protected wildlife and was fined $205 and sentenced to three years’ probation.

• Allison Greene, 46, of Main Street in Jamesport pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and was fined $205 and sentenced to time already served in jail.

• Mark Goode, 38, of Wildwood Trail in Northampton pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal contempt and was fined $205 and sentenced to time already served in jail.

• Martin Ehrenreich, 80, of Sound Drive in Greenport pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from second-degree harassment, and was fined $125.

• Rocco Panaro, 26, of Greenbrier Road in Wading River pleaded guilty to criminal obstruction of breathing and was sentenced to time already served in jail and issued an order of protection. A third-degree menacing charge was dismissed.
