Riverhead Town court report

There were 237 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court, June 27-29. The following are among those adjudicated.

• Vincent O’Dowd, 35, of Roanoke Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to an open alcohol container violation and was sentenced to 15 days in jail.

• Olivia O’Sullivan, 28, of East 51st Street in Brooklyn pleaded guilty to attempted petit larceny, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $500.

• Anthony Ciaramella, 26, of Sweezy Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $300.

• Claudia Branker, 46, of Oak Drive in Cutchogue pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from third-degree grand larceny, and was fined $300.

• A grand larceny charge against Edna Brown, 52, of Maple Avenue in Riverhead was dismissed in town court as she was indicted in county court.

• A driving while intoxicated charge against Philip Wells, 26, of Park Way in Southold, was dismissed in town court as he was indicted in county court.
