The ACT Out East JR. theater workshop week for students ages 6 to 9 concluded Friday afternoon with a performance of ‘Willy Wonka Jr.’

The students rehearsed and performed scenes from the wonderfully fun musical Willy Wonka with co-directors Kim Galway of East Quogue and Kristen Poulakis of Hampton Bays.

Every day last week they had structured classes in acting, vocal technique and Broadway-style dance. In these scenes they rehearsed the two numbers ‘Golden Ticket’ and ‘Think Positive’ at the Vail-Leavitt Music Hall before the final showcase performance for family and friends Friday afternoon.

Check out some photos from Friday’s performance below.
