Winners announced in ‘Favorite Places’ photo contest

Four winners were announced this weekend in the Suffolk County Historical Society’s “Favorite Places, Suffolk County” juried photo contest and exhibit.

The exhibit, which is on display at the Historical Society’s building on West Main Street in Riverhead, features new and old photos of favorite places within the county.

Of the four winning photos, three were taken on the North Fork.
