Funeral arrangements set for crash victim

Funeral arrangements have been set for 54-year-old Susan Galligan of Riverhead who was killed in a two-car crash on Sunrise Highway Saturday.

Viewing will be held at Flinch and Bruns Funeral Home in Lynbrook Thursday and Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady Lourdes R.C. Church in Malverne Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to “Christopher’s Hemophilia Benefit,” 65 Sherman Street, Lynbrook, NY 11563, as Ms. Galligan was dedicated to research and education for the National Hemophilia Foundation.

Ms. Galligan is survived by a daughter Kelly Anne Ambrosio; grandchildren Christopher, Connor, and Kelsey; brother Daniel and sister Joanne Sullivan.

Family members could not be reached for comment.
