Anthony Lloyd Pendleton was arrested about 10:40 p.m. Sunday for an incident that occurred the previous day at a home in Flanders, according to police, who did not disclose an address to protect the victim’s identity.

Police said they will not release any further information on the case due to the sensitive nature of the crime.
