Cops: Riverhead man charged with DWI in Laurel

A Riverhead man was arrested Sunday evening after he was caught driving drunk along Route 25 in Laurel, Southold Town Police said.

Belizario Gonzalez, 44, was headed westbound shortly before 6 p.m. when he was pulled over by police.

He was charged with DWI and held overnight for a Monday morning arraignment.
