Margaret A. Parr

Manorville resident Margaret A. Parr died March 1 at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead. She was 68 years old.

Ms. Parr was born in Brooklyn March 21, 1944, to Santo and Grace Buscemi. She was an office administrator for many years with Thurms Mobile Homes in Calverton.

She loved nature, gardening, photography and her many beloved pets, according to family members, who also said her bread-making, cookies and jams were enjoyed by many.

Ms. Parr is survived by her partner of 33 years, Suzanne Czerepinski; her son, Chester Parr Jr. of Moriches; her daughter, Patricia Parr of Manorville; her sisters, Rosalie Gore of Florida and Christine Smith of Riverhead; and five grandchildren.

The family received visitors March 4 at Sinnickson’s Funeral Home in Moriches. A funeral service was held March 5 followed by interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in East Moriches.
