A Riverside man was arrested Tuesday night for disorderly conduct after he allegedly walked in the Riverside traffic circle and harassed motorists driving on the road, Southampton Town police said.

Kevin Ott, 31, was seen obstructing traffic in the traffic circle about 10:08 p.m. by walking in the roadway, police said. He was also confronting motorists as they tried to drive around him, police said.

After he refused to leave the traffic circle, Mr. Ott was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, a class A violation, according to a police report.

He was taken to Southampton Town Police headquarters, processed and released with a ticket and a future court date, police said.
