Cops: Drunken driver crashed into parked car in Hampton Bays

A 37-year-old Riverhead man was arrested on a DWI charge early Thursday after crashing into a parked car in Hampton Bays, Southampton Town police said.

Renauld Frederick was headed west on Montauk Highway about 12:30 a.m. when he crashed a 2010 Toyota Camry into the other vehicle, police said.

Responding officers then found he was intoxicated, police said.

He was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor.
