Frank Anderson

Former Riverhead resident Frank Anderson died Sept. 25 in Spring Hill, Fla., where he had been living with his daughter, Lynn Alamio. He was 79 years old.

He was born Feb. 2, 1934, in Jamesport to Joseph and Helen Andruszkiewicz.

Mr. Anderson was predeceased by his wife, Beverly (née Gudson) and his twin brother, Joseph. In addition to his daughter, Lynn, he is survived by a son, Lawrence (Rachel) Andruszkiewicz of Corpus Christi, Texas; two sisters, Antoinette Woronka of Eastport and Marian DeNyse of Calverton; his brother William Anderson of Riverhead; and many nieces and nephews.

Private cremation was held in Florida. A service will be held locally during the summer, the year to be determined.
