Cops seek info on larceny at Lowe’s

Police are asking for the public’s help after they say two men stole five rolls of electrical wire from Lowe’s last month.

According to police, the men walked into the Route 58 store on Sept. 28 about 10 a.m. and took the packaging off the rolls before leaving the store without paying for them.

Police described one man as white and in his mid-40s, with dark hair that is balding. He was reportedly wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and tan work boots. The second man, police said, was black and in his mid- to late-30s, wearing a black cap, a black shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be confidential, and information that leads to an arrest offers a cash reward of up to $5,000.
