Take a quilting class Saturday at Hallockville Museum Farm

Hallockville Museum Farm in Riverhead is hosting a quilting class this Saturday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to noon.

Participants will learn the hand blanket stitch, the stem stitch, and applique techniques in order to create a spring tulip penny rug.

The workshop will be led by Connie Klos. Fee: $40; $30 Hallockville Museum Farm members; includes all materials and instruction. Limited space; advance registration required.
