Buffalo Wild Wings teaming up with local youth lacrosse club

Buffalo Wild Wings in Riverhead will donate up to 15 percent its sales Wednesday to a local youth lacrosse club. Rampage Lacrosse, which was formed in 2012, is the first Riverhead-based youth lacrosse club. 

The team is made up of students in sixth and seventh grade and is coached by Jimmy Batjer and Matt Wallace, both of whom started the program.

To help the lacrosse team in its fundraising effort, mention Rampage Lacrosse or bring the attached flyer at Buffalo Wild Wings between noon and 11:30 p.m. Wednesday and 15 percent of the sale will be donated to the club.

The offer applies to take-in or take-out.

Buffalo Wild Wings recently opened in Riverhead at 1761 Old Country Road.
