Cops: Duo swiped seven Michael Kors handbags at Tanger

More than $2,000 worth of Michael Kors handbags were stolen from a Tanger Outlet Center store last Thursday, Riverhead Town police said. 

A man and woman reportedly removed seven bags, valued at about $300 apiece, from the Saks Fifth Avenue store between 8:20 and 8:40 p.m., according to a report.

Detectives are investigating surveillance footage of the incident, according to a report.
