Both the Riverhead and Shoreham-Wading River school budgets passed on Tuesday.

And in the five-way race for three open school board seats in Riverhead, Lori Hulse led the way with 1,756 votes, followed by Kim Ligon with 1,589 and Gregory Meyer with 1,327.

That left challengers Laurie Downs and Gregory Fischer out.

Times/Review Newsgroup sent reporters to both districts — as well as the five districts in Southold Town — to provide the latest on the results as they came in.
