Cops: Unlicensed driver charged with DWI in Riverside

A Riverside man observed driving in the wrong lane with a headlight out was charged with DWI early Sunday morning, Southampton Town police said. 

Elmer Leonor-Pena, 34, was stopped while driving along County Road 104 shortly after 1 a.m. He was also found to be driving without a license, police said.

Mr. Pena was transported to Southampton Town police headquarters and held for a morning arraignment.
