Sharon J. Sobering

Sharon J. Sobering of Reston Va. died June 30. She was 67.

She was born Dec. 25, 1946, in Greeport to Josephine (Wowak) and John Dolan. Most recently, she worked as a clerk at Giant Pharmacy.

Ms. Sobering was predeceased by her husband, Matthew and is survived by her daughter, Debbie DiSciossia of Manorville; her son, T.J. Jackowski of Virginia; her brother, Danny Dolan of Maine; her sisters, Kathy Szymborski of East Marion and Maureen Dailey of Arkansas; and three grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors Thursday, July 3, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Reginald H. Tuthill Funeral Home in Riverhead, with a funeral service being held at 8 p.m. Cremation will be private.
