Cops: Flanders man arrested for DWI

A 26-year-old Flanders man was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated Friday night, Southampton Town police said. 

Jose E. Manchame Orellana allegedly made a right turn on Flanders Road without signaling, police said. He was stopped for the traffic violation and was found to be intoxicated, police said.

He was charged with several violations as well: improper turn, refusing pre-screen device and unlicensed operation, police said. He was transported to police headquarters and held for arraignment.
