North Fork marshes will be treated for mosquito larvae Tuesday, Suffolk County officials announced.
The county’s Division of Vector Control will treat Crescent Duck Farm in Aquebogue.
Aerial spraying is also planned for two areas in Greenport: Pipes Neck Creek and Pipes Cove.
Spraying will be completed by helicopter from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. using Vectobac 12 AS and Altosid liquid pesticides, officials said.
If weather conditions prevent the spraying, treatment will continue on the next suitable day, according to a county statement.
