The Riverhead Town Board is scheduled to meet with two companies to discuss ways to market land at EPCAL at its work session Thursday.

The first company on the agenda, The Pataki‐Cahill Group, is an energy-consulting firm from New York City founded by former New York State Governor George Pataki and current Republican Attorney General candidate John Cahill.

The second company, Jones Lang LaSalle, is a commercial real estate firm based out of Chicago.

The board will also discuss the possibility of incorporating of private roads into the town’s road system, a move that would allow the town to plow these roads during snow storms. In addition, the board is scheduled to discuss a proposal to require septic system upgrades for homes near wetlands.

The meeting starts at 10 a.m. and News-Review reporter Tim Gannon will be live blogging it. Click below to follow or comment and see the full meeting agenda below that.
