What started as a vision, which some said was unrealistic, is now Long Island’s top Zagat-rated restaurant. 

Friends and colleagues say that in building North Fork Table & Inn, Gerry Hayden, Claudia Fleming and their business partners also built a brighter future for the North Fork as a thriving tourist destination and gave a huge boost to its farms, wineries and restaurants.
