Riverhead Justice Court: Manorville man pleads guilty to drug charge

There were 327 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court, Oct. 6-8. The following are among those adjudicated. 

• Heralder Ambrosio-Hernandez, 30, of Riverhead pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and will be sentenced Nov. 17.

• Tyler Madden, 19, of Manorville pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana and was fined $910.

• A charge for possession of endangered wildlife against Grace Wild, 26, of Riverhead for owning two box turtles was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.

• Michael Watson, 22, of Coram pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana and was fined $200.

• Marcus Belcher, 22, of Riverhead pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and will be sentenced Nov. 17.

• A third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance charge against Andre Coach, 38, of Hampton Bays was dismissed in town court as he was indicted in county court.

• Charges including third-degree grand larceny and resisting arrest against Tarrell Holloway, 27, of Riverhead were dismissed in town court as he was indicted in county court.

• Donna Hough, 43, of Patchogue pleaded guilty to driving while impaired by alcohol and was fined $885.

• Valderine Smithen, 43, of Mastic pleaded guilty to second-degree menacing and petit larceny and was due to be sentenced Oct. 9.

• Juanita Allston, 39, of Riverhead pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was fined $205 and sentenced to 90 days in jail.

• Swaneka Danzler, 23, of Center Moriches pleaded guilty to abandonment of a disabled animal and was sentenced to three years of probation.
