Cops: Man says woman accosted him in Riverside parking lot

A man who was parked at a Riverside fast food restaurant Dec. 28 was allegedly accosted by a woman who offered to perform sexual acts, tried to take off the man’s pants and then stole his wallet before running off, according to a Southampton Town police report.

The alleged victim told police he was sitting in the McDonald’s parking lot about 5:10 p.m. when an unidentified woman entered his vehicle and offered him oral sex, according to the report.

When the man refused, the woman tried to unbuckle his pants “in an attempt to grab his crotch,” the report states. After she failed, the woman left the vehicle, took his wallet and ran south on Flanders Road, the man told police.

The man said his wallet contained $700 in cash and a Visa gift card worth $300. No arrests have been made in the incident, police said.
