Recap: Town Board discusses flyboarding, East Lawn sale

The Riverhead Town Board is expected to discuss two proposals it received to buy the East Lawn building on East Main Street: one from the owner of Suffolk Theater and the other from a member of the Business Improvement District Management Association, according to Thursday morning’s work session.

The board also plans to review: flyboarding regulations, a special permit for a former law office on Griffing Avenue, highway department funding, and staffing in the planning department.

The meeting starts at 10 a.m. and News-Review reporter Tim Gannon will be live blogging.
