Vickey T. Schwarz

Vickey T. Schwarz of Riverhead died Feb. 1 at Peconic Bay Medical Center. She was 93.

She was born Jan. 7, 1922, in New Jersey and worked for Riverhead Central School District as a bus driver.

Predeceased by her husband, Richard, Oct. 13, 1990, and a grandson, Ms. Schwarz is survived by her son, Anthony; four grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors Thursday, Feb. 5, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Reginald H. Tuthill Funeral Home in Riverhead. A funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 6, at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church in Riverhead, Father Lawrence Duncklee officiating. Interment will follow at 10:45 a.m. at Calverton National Cemetery.
