Riverhead News: St. Isidore’s School to hold blood drive

My husband, Joe, and I had just finished eating breakfast at Lolly’s Hut Saturday morning when who did we see walk in but former Riverhead resident Pete Bilski, who now resides in Elgin, S.C., with his wife, Pat. Pete came up to attend Eagle Hose Company 4’s 100th anniversary celebration, which was held at Polish Hall Jan. 31. Pete was a 36-year member of the company; many of his relatives were also members. We had a great time chatting with him.
