Patricia A. Edwards

Patricia A. Edwards of Aquebogue died April 7 at her home. She was 77.

She was born May 18, 1937, in Greenport to Bruno and Bertha (Troyan) Harris. She graduated from Riverhead High School in 1955 and married Richard Edwards May 3, 1958, at St. Isidore R.C. Church in Riverhead.

Ms. Edwards worked as the office manager for Cornell Cooperative Extension. She was a member of St. Isidore Altar Rosary Society.

Family members said she enjoyed Polish dancing and traveling.

Predeceased by her father, Ms. Edwards is survived by her husband, Richard of Aquebogue; her son, Richard C. of North Carolina; and her mother, Bertha Harris of Aquebogue.

The family will receive visitors Thursday, April 9, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, April 10, at St. Isidore R.C. Church in Riverhead. Interment will take place at the church cemetery.
