Who’s seeking Democratic nods in Riverhead this year?

The Riverhead Town Democratic Committee held a question and answer session at Polish Civic Association building Monday night with prospective candidates in this November’s town election, according to committee officials. 

Angela DeVito, who ran for Town Supervisor in 2013 and had previously expressed a desire to again seek the nomination, withdrew from the race earlier Monday, officials said.

The following nine town residents did screen with the committee and nominations will become official at the May 26 nominating convention:
