The Riverhead Town Board is expected to discuss its proposed one-year medical marijuana moratorium with Columbia Care NY, the company that wants to bring a medical marijuana dispensary to Route 58, at Thursday’s work session.
The Town Board has already scheduled a Sept. 16 public hearing to discuss the moratorium.
Also on Thursday’s agenda is a discussion about snow plowing on private roads. Some residents of the Oak Hills Association say they want their roads included on the list of private roads that will be plowed.
The public portion of the meeting starts at 10 a.m. and News-Review reporter Tim Gannon will be live blogging it. Click below to follow or comment and scroll down for the full meeting agenda.
