Riverhead Justice Court: March 28-30

There were 374 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court, March 28-30. The following are among those adjudicated:

• Jose Lopez-Solano, 29, of County Road 48 in Cutchogue pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,793.

• Rogelio Conjun-Ajcuc, 43, of Segal Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,200.

• Selvin Macedo-Ruiz, 30, of Bluebird Place in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from
driving while intoxicated, and was fined $960.

• Rafael Torres, 58, of St. Margarets Boulevard in Middle Island pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from driving while intoxicated, and was fined $660.

• Theresa Maria Greave, 30, of Laurie Boulevard in Centereach pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and was fined $300.

• Dachea Ramos, 21, of Homestead Drive in Coram pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was fined $255.

• A driving while intoxicated charge against Alfonso Rolli, 60, of Jean Court in Riverhead was dismissed in town court as he was indicted in county court.
