Lottie Adams

Lottie Adams of Jamesport, formerly of Commack, died June 24 at the Kanas Center.

The daughter of Bruno and Rose Niewadomski, she was born Sept. 22, 1920 in New Britain, Conn.

Mrs. Adams worked as a bookkeeper at a lumber company in Commack. Family members said she enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, bowling and Bingo. Predeceased by her husband, Arnold, she is survived by her nieces, Susan Niewadomski of Riverhead; Diane Stothers of Corning, N.Y.; and her nephews, John Niewadomski of Riverhead; and Jan Niewadomski of Jamesport. 

The family will receive visitors Wednesday, June 27, from 5 to 8 p.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, June 28, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Isidore R.C. Church in Riverhead. Interment will take place at Calverton National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to East End Hospice.

Arrangements were in the care of McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead.
