Edward V. Zilnicki

Lifelong Riverhead resident Edward V. Zilnicki died April 24 at the age of 78.

He was born May 12, 1933, in Riverhead to Vincent and Michalina Zilnicki, and was educated through high school. He married Constance Sadowski in Southampton on Jan. 25, 1953.

A lifelong farmer, Mr. Zilnicki owned Ed Zilnicki & Sons farm in Riverhead, begun by his grandfather over 100 years ago.
