Karen Jean Koller

Karen Jean Koller died July 1 at her home in Riverhead. She was 46.

Born June 1, 1966, in Riverhead to Eugene and Eleanor (Herbert) Koller, she was the director of finance at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola.

Ms. Koller is survived by her mother, of Riverhead; her brothers, Christopher, of North Carolina, Kevin, of Virginia, and Martin, of Ridge; and her sister, Lorraine Carter of North Carolina. She was predeceased by her father in January 2012.

Visiting hours took place July 6 at Reginald H. Tuthill Funeral Home in Riverhead. A service was held July 7 at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, also in Riverhead, Father Larry Duncklee officiating. Interment was at the church cemetery.
