Justice Court

There were 318 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court, April 19-21. The following are among those adjudicated.

* Irvin Noak III, 24, of Foxglove Circle in Bellport pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $500 and given a one-year revocation of his driver’s license.

* Ludin Vidal, 26, of Riverside Avenue in Flanders pleaded guilty to DWI and was fined $1,000.

* Jorge Alvarez-Gonzalez, 19, of Maple Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from a DWI charge, and was fined $750 and given a 90-day suspension of his driver’s license.

* Eric Mayo, 33, of North Sea Mecox Road in Southampton pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and was fined $600.

* Marianne Callahan, 63, of Rocky Point pleaded guilty to DWAI, reduced from DWI, and was fined $500 and given a 90-day suspension of her driver’s license.

* Dwayne Johnson, 45, of Midway Drive in Riverhead pleaded guilty to DWAI, reduced from a DWI charge, and was fined $500 and given a 90-day suspension of his driver’s license.

* Jose Maldonado, 26, of Easton Street in Ronkonkoma pleaded guilty to attempted petit larceny, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $500.

* Michael Gilbert, 16, of Riverside Avenue in Flanders pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from forcible touching and second-degree harassment, and was fined $300.

* Syed Badshah, 49, of 73rd Avenue in Flushing pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, and was fined $300.

* Vernon Wellman, 58, of Woodhill Street in Somerset, N.J., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from trademark counterfeiting, and was fined $300.

* Clyde Ross Jr., 36, of Main Road in Mattituck pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana and was fined $300.
