Justice Court
There were 310 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court, April 5-7. The following are among those adjudicated.
* Austin Beck, 20, of Gnarled Hollow Road in East Setauket pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired by drugs and was fined $1,000, sentenced to three years’ probation and given a six-month revocation of his license.
* Wayne Hobson, 42, of Pine Court in Northampton pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and disorderly conduct, reduced from second-degree criminal impersonation, and was fined $1,000, sentenced to three years’ probation and given a six-month revocation of his license.
* Marlon Penaranda, 34, of Riverside Drive in Riverhead pleaded guilty to DWI and was fined $1,000, sentenced to three years’ probation and given a six-month revocation of his license.
* Walter Golding, 41, of Rogers Avenue in Westhampton pleaded guilty to DWI and was fined $500 and given a 90-day suspension of his license.
* Dominick Angilella, 23, of Layton Lane in Centereach pleaded guilty to attempted petit larceny and attempted criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and was fined $410.
* Thomas Bongiovi, 22, of Pine Avenue in Aquebogue pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $300.
* Michael Minnick, 23, of Forge Road in Riverhead pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana and was fined $300.
* Kimberly Barr, 22, of James Street in Shoreham pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $240.
* Jared O’Brien, 23, of Hampton Avenue in Mastic pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was fined $205 and sentenced to three years’ probation.
