Atlantis Marine World aquarium owners Joe Petrocelli and Jim Bissett were joined by general manager Bryan DeLuca, Joe Yaiullo (holding baby penquin Pam) and staff members to celebrate its 10th birthday Tuesday afternoon.

Atlantis Marine World aquarium threw itself a 10th birthday party today.
The event kicked off about noon with a cake-cutting ceremony. The celebration also marks the beginning of a year-long promotion through which any patron will be given free admission to the East Main Street aquarium during the week of his or her birthday, officials said.
Patrons are also being encouraged to bring pictures from previous visits for display on the aquarium’s 10-foot tall anniversary logo.
“We are thrilled to have reached this milestone,” said Bryan DeLuca, the general manager at the aquarium. “And what better way to celebrate our birthday, but by honoring yours? We are excited to offer free admission to a place filled with thrills, adventures, and memories that last a lifetime.”
Patrons looking for a free birthday ticket should bring proper identification, such as a passport of driver’s license, or for a child an original or certified copy of a birth certificate.
