* Paintings by Mattituck artist Jo-Ann Corretti will be on display at the North Fork Community Theatre Gala, Friday, June 11 at Martha Clara Vineyard.

* Studio East Gallery in Greenport’s June show, ‘Small Works,’ will open with a reception Saturday, June 12, from 6 to 9 p.m. and will run through June 25. Solo featured artists are Judy Valentino and Mary Samuels, duo show artists are Nacola Wilson and Clarence Simpson.

SBlt ‘A Little Bit of Retrospection,’ 1992-2008 paintings by Adam Straus, will open with a reception Saturday, June 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Art Sites in Riverhead and will run through July 18. A lecture and artist talk will be held Sunday, June 27, at 3 p.m. and will feature a presentation by Joyce Beckenstein followed by an interview of Mr. Straus by Amei Wallach.

* Vail-Leavitt Music Hall in Riverhead will present, ‘Taste of Blues’ Saturday, June 12 from 7 to 10 p.m. Featured bands include Who Are Those Guys and the Bobby Nathan Blues Band. Tickets are $20.
