Justice Court

There were 192 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court, June 1-2. The following were among them:

* Sandra Martinez, 30, of Main Road in Southold pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $400.

* Charges of unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and prohibited possession of a firearm against Austin Cizmeli, 17, address unavailable, were dismissed because he was indicted in county court, which will take over his case.

* A driving while intoxicated charge against Kenneth Merrill, 41, of Brandy Avenue in Holbrook was dismissed in town court because he was indicted in county court.
