Justice Court

There were 349 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court, Sept. 20-22. The following were among those adjudicated.

* Danielle Hall, 30, of Grove Street in Riverhead pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest and was sentenced to four months in jail. A second-degree menacing charge was dismissed.

* Rita Stumpf, 24, of Hempstead Road in Mastic pleaded guilty to seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and false personation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

* Michael Gaines, 33, of Old Point Road in Southampton pleaded guilty to false personation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

* Sean McNeely, 29, of Forrest Avenue in Ridgewood pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from false personation, and was sentenced to 15 days in jail.

* Mayerly Owadally, 24, of Bay Avenue in Hampton Bays pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $300.

* Alicja Nabrdalik, 58, of Main Road in Peconic pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $300.

* Jose Marroquin, 34, of Pulaski Street in Riverhead pleaded guilty to public urination and was fined $250.
