The Chamber’s fourth annual Columbus Day Golf Extravaganza will be on Tuesday, Oct. 12, at Island’s End Golf and Country Club in Greenport. The event begins at 11 a.m. with a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start. Golf day cost is $175 per person, which includes lunch, 18 holes of golf including beverage cart, cocktail hour and complete dinner. * Port of Egypt Marine in Southold has been recognized by Grady-White Boats with the Admiral’s Circle and Service Excellence Awards. According to a release, the awards are reserved for dealerships that have achieved at least $1 million in retail sales for the model year and have earned customer satisfaction index scores of at least 9.25 out of 10. This is the 14th consecutive year Port of Egypt, a charter member of the Admiral’s Circle, has earned that honor.
