Justice Court
There were 328 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court, Aug. 30 to Sept. 1. The following are among those adjudicated:
* Davon Delvalle, 18, of Northville Turnpike in Riverhead pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Charges of public urination and resisting arrest were dismissed.
* Ramon Matos, 47, of Grand Boulevard in Brentwood pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
* Luis Suret-Lopez, 34, of Ostrander Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,200.
* Ryan Stanevich, 20, of Broad Street in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from DWI, and was fined $860.
* Jorge Romero, 47, of Roanoke Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to DWAI, reduced from DWI, and was fined $660.
* Anthony Breese, 21, of Clark Street in Greenport pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny and unlawful possession of marijuana.
* Dale Strandberg, 18, of Oak Street in Patchogue pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $250.
* Kinda Verwayne, 27, of Durmont Avenue in Brooklyn pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny and possession of burglars tools, and was fined $250.
